ParentPay to ParentMail

We are currently working towards transferring our online payment provider from the Parentpay system to +Pay on Parentmail. We intend to complete the transfer of all online payments by 31st August 2018.

You will already be familiar with the Parentmail system as we have been using this for communications since last year. If you have not yet registered for Parentmail, please can you register as soon as possible, so that you receive information about the new payment system. +Pay on ParentMail is an online payment service which allows you to pay for school items quickly and easily on your smartphone, tablet or computer.

If you have an Android or Apple smartphone, we would highly recommend you download the free Egglescliffe ParentMail App so that you can make easy, online payments on the go. To do this, simply search for Egglescliffe School in your App store. Further information can be found at www.parentmail.co.uk/help/parenthelp/.

If you have already registered for Parentmail you will receive notifications over the coming weeks regarding our payment system going live.

Going forward, some payment items will be facilitated on Parentmail as part of a gradual transfer in preparation for the transfer deadline but you will be advised which method of payment is required.

The final item to be transferred will be the lunch payment system and this will be transferred during the summer break, with any Parentpay balance being automatically transferred to the new Parentmail system.
