By Road

From the South    

Take the A1 to J49 (Dishforth), turning onto the A168 which leads onto the A19.  After about 25 miles, take the A67 turning to Yarm.  After 2 miles, straight on at the roundabout to Yarm.  At the end of Yarm High Street, cross over the bridge and follow the left hand filter lane (A67) past the traffic lights.  Egglescliffe School is 200 metres along this road, the main car park being accessible from Seymour Grove just before the school on the left.

From the North    

Take the A19 and join the A66 (West) at Middlesbrough.  Take the Eaglescliffe junction and turn left along Durham Lane, crossing the railway line after two and a half miles.  After a further half mile go straight over the roundabout and Egglescliffe Schoolis on the right at the pedestrian lights.  The main car park is beyond the school entrance, accessible from Seymour Grove on the right.

From the West         

Follow the A66 around the Darlington by-pass, taking the Eaglescliffe junction and turning right and then straight on at the roundabouts onto Durham Lane, crossing the railway line after two and a half miles.  After a further half mile go straight over the roundabout and Egglescliffe Schoolis on the right at the pedestrian lights.  The main car park is beyond the school entrance, accessible from Seymour Grove on the right.

By Rail

Darlington Railway Station is the nearest part of the East Coast Main Line. From here you can take a local train to Allen's West. The school is a 5 minute walk to your right as you leave the platform.
