details for many students that read engineering.
Although for most
people physics is an exacting discipline, some of the students at Egglescliffe
have enjoyed the intellectual challenge and have gone on to be very successful
on their degree courses. Four ex-pupils (Neil Pomeroy, Andrew Levan ,Stuart
Whitehouse and Neal Wade) are currently actively involved in research in
physics.
